How to bulk-email invoices
Sending Sales invoices each time you process a Sales order or Dispatch goods can be tiresome. A common way to ensure that every invoice is sent is to do a bulk send of all invoices, usually at the end of the day. This eliminates any invoices that have been missed and saves time by running the function only once.
The process is as follows:
- Run a Sales invoice quicklist
- Filter the date
- Select all
- Report > Sales invoice
How does it work?
To run a Sales invoice quicklist at the end of the day, go to Accounts receivable > Report > QUICKLIST Sales invoice.
Filter the date by the pressing F3 to select today's date from the date picker in the To date field.
Press the "Select all" button in the bottom-left corner of the form.
This will display all invoices that need to be sent to customers for payment.
From the top menu, select Report > Sales invoice.
Accentis Enterprise will now cycle through all of the outstanding invoices and email or print them according to the customer's preference. Any printed invoices will obviously need to be sent to the customer manually.
